We're thrilled to announce an opening for a passionate and ambitious E‑commerce Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Polish market.

As our E‑commerce Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead your own team, driving Vilgain's growth in Poland.

You will be in charge of:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for the Polish markets, focusing on Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C), Marketplaces, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations to maximize success.
  • Managing and optimizing our online store, creating and implementing a marketing plan that aligns with our business goals, brand building, and customer service.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing strategies, ensuring brand message consistency, and driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Crafting and executing marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing sales data to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieving monthly sales and profit targets, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Developing pricing strategies, conducting market research, and continuously monitoring our competition.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the E‑commerce industry, with a proven track record of building effective, multi‑channel strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A highly efficient, motivated individual with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ready to work hard to achieve our shared goals.
  • You have experience in health and beauty industry.

In recent months, our Business Development team has been expanding our portfolio internationally, reaching Germany, Hungary, Austria, and Slovakia. Your efforts will not only contribute to our growth in Poland but also support our brand's expansion into other countries, not limited to Europe.
