We are Vilgain – a fast‑growing food & lifestyle lovebrand built on clean ingredients, functional nutrition, and honest products. We produce our own food, from peanut butters and protein products to fresh and semi‑fresh items, and we’re expanding rapidly across Europe, the UK, and the USA. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketplace Specialist, learn fast, and have a visible impact on how things work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Uploading and Optimizing Listing Content: Creating and managing product pages on Amazon.uk,Amazon.com and Holland&Barrett
Copywriting & SEO: Writing descriptions according to platform policies and optimizing for French consumer search behaviour.
Account Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues and communicating with Seller Support (EN).
Keyword Research: In‑depth niche analysis and identifying keywords for ranking.
Competitor Analysis: Monitoring the English‑speaking markets and analyzing competitor strategies.
Technical Tasks for Designers: Developing briefs for visual content (Infographics, A+ Content).
Who We’re Looking For
High‑level English (C1 or higher) — you must have a "feel" for the language to create native‑level listings. Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Excel: Working with formulas and data is your core tool.
Soft Skills: High self‑organization, ability to work in "deep work" mode, and full accountability for results.
Experience: Experience with Amazon Seller Central UK/US of at least 1 year; experience with other marketplaces is a strong advantage. Ability to provide pooves & references
Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, a laptop (minimum 15"), and a reliable power supply.
Format: Full‑time commitment. This is not a freelance gig or a side project; we require full immersion into our processes.
